Give Back this Holiday Season

‘Tis the season to be jolly! Check out how YOU can spread the holiday cheer to the families staying at Ronald McDonald House!

Holiday Gift Drive

Our Holiday Gift Drive gives families the opportunity to “shop” for gifts for each other as part of our Santa’s Workshop. Each gift comes from donations made by our community of champions like YOU! Help make this year’s Workshop a magical affair!

Give the Gift of Togetherness

When you make a year-end contribution to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central and Northern Arizona of up to $421 per individual or $841 per couple, you benefit from a dollar-for-dollar Arizona Charitable Tax Credit AND you provide a “home-away-from-home” for many families during a time when they need it most. For more information on the Arizona Tax Credit, click here.

Southern Living Cookbook at Dillard’s

‘Tis the season to spice up your recipes! Now thru December 24th, scoop up your copy of the festive 2023 Southern Living Cookbook for $15 at all Valley Dillard’s locations, with proceeds benefiting our mission of providing a “home-away-from-home.” Purchase yours for $15 in stores or online at dillards.com.

Prepare a Holiday Meal

Fill the bellies and hearts of the families staying at the House this holiday season by preparing a meal at one of our three Valley locations. Whether it’s a Saturday meal as part of our Brunch Buddies program, or an evening opportunity as a Dinnertime Hero, your home-cooked recipes will help relieve stress for families at the House.

Holiday Bakers

Nothing says home for the holidays quite like holiday baking. Whip up some special treats to help families feel at home, even when they can’t be, by becoming a Holiday Baker. This opportunity can be done at either Roanoke or Dobson Houses. To sign up, email Volunteer Manager Jen Donnelly.

Stocking Makers

We’re calling on all kind-hearted individuals, groups, and communities to join us in creating special holiday stockings for adults, teens, school-age children, and newborns. This is your chance to make the holiday season brighter for families staying at the House. By donating items or assembling stockings, you’re not just providing necessities and treats, you’re also giving the gift of hope, love, and comfort to those in need.

Round Up for RMHC at Your Local McDonald’s

Every time you visit a local McDonald’s restaurant, you can help support families with ill and injured children by asking to Round-Up for RMHC when you place your order on the kiosk, with a crew member at the counter, or when ordering in the drive-thru. Your spare change can change a family’s experience. Best yet- each cent donated stays local supporting your home RMHC chapter.

Pack the Pantry

While families are staying with us, we try to fulfill all of their needs, including cabinets full of food. As we continue to welcome more families, help us pack the pantry at all three of our Houses with some of our families’ favorites. For a full list of our wish list items or drop-off information, click the link below.
