Donor Advised Funds

What is a donor-advised fund (DAF)?

A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a charitable investment account you establish at a financial institution. A DAF allows you to support charitable organizations you care about, like RMHCCNAZ, now or overtime. When you contribute cash, securities or other assets to a DAF, you are usually eligible to take an immediate tax deduction. Plus, your funds are typically invested for tax-free growth and you can recommend one or more grants from your DAF to RMHCCNAZ. Setting up recurring grants is a wonderful way to ensure RMHCCNAZ is able to help keep families together now (and in the future) during their child’s health crisis.
