
12 Mar RMHCCNAZ Announces New Board Members and Board Chair for 2025
Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central and Northern Arizona (RMHCCNAZ) has appointed 11 distinguished community leaders to its 2025 Board of Directors.
In addition to welcoming new board members, RMHCCNAZ has named Phoenix City Councilman Kevin Robinson of District 6 as the new chair of its Board of Directors. Robinson, a retired assistant police chief in the city of Phoenix, has served on the RMHCCNAZ board since 2007.
Together, Robinson and the newly appointed board members bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization as it prepares for critical upgrades to its facilities and expansion of its programs.
“Our board members play a crucial role in making sure we provide a home-away-from-home for families facing life-changing injuries and medical diagnoses,” said Kerry Schulman, chief executive officer of RMHCCNAZ. “Each of these leaders brings unique expertise, passion, and connections that will strengthen our ability to serve families and expand our reach. We are grateful for their willingness to serve.”
Newly appointed board members include:
- Ronen Aviram, of Scottsdale, the vice president and general manager of Valley Ho Hotel. Aviram is a veteran of the hospitality industry, serving more than 18 years in guest services and hotel operations.
- Adil Baig, MD, of Yuma, a family medicine physician at Yuma Regional Medical Center. Dr. Baig is a passionate advocate for community health and improving access to quality medical care.
- Ed Dzadovsky, of Chandler, the executive vice president and chief technology officer at Couche-Tard and Circle K. With a background in digital transformation and IT strategy, Dzadovsky brings extensive experience in customer-focused technology to his position on the RMHCCNAZ board.
- Vickie Garcia, of Chandler, a certified financial planner and partner at The AmeriFlex Group®. Garcia is a leader in wealth planning and financial services.
- Clint Harrington, of Yuma, the president of Pilkington Construction Co.. Harrington specializes in commercial construction and public projects.
- Kevin Hummel, MD, of Scottsdale, the medical director of Heart Center Quality at Phoenix Children’s. Hummel is a pediatric cardiologist and critical care specialist. Dr. Hummel previously served on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Intermountain area.
- Hugues Labrecque, of Goodyear, the vice president of sales at Golden State Foods. Labrecque brings more than 25 years of experience in sales leadership, supply chain operations and strategic development to his role on the board.
- Greg Mayer, MD, of Paradise Valley, a professor of public health at Arizona State University. As a retired surgeon and former healthcare executive, Dr. Mayer brings expertise in healthcare collaboration and building programs to the RMHCCNAZ board.
- Leslie Meyers, of Phoenix, the associate general manager and chief water executive at Salt River Project (SRP). Meyers brings extensive experience in environmental leadership and grant funding to her role on the board.
- Jen Ritchie, of Chandler, a McDonald’s owner / operator. Ritchie is a franchise leader who engages in charitable activities aligning with McDonald’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Michael Rossi, of Phoenix, the chief client wealth officer at Intelligent Capitalworks. Rossi is a seasoned financial planner with expertise in complex financial planning.
These leaders join RMHCCNAZ at a pivotal time, as the organization continues to enhance its programs, strengthen partnerships, and expand its impact on families facing medical crises.
